OCAZZIONS.COM also provides a personal chef service. This is where we cook and prepare exotic and authentic African-Caribbean cuisines specifically according to your dietary or culinary requirement.
The food freshly prepared, packed in special air tight food containers and delivered to your doorsteps to be eaten and consumed in the comfort of your own home.
You can order enough food to last you an entire weekend (weekend pack), one or two weeks (week pack). You can also order food for very special occasions like birthdays, parties and so on (party pack).
Our food packs come in good quality airtight food container with lids and locks. They are designed to be stored in your fridge or freezer until ready. No need for shopping, No cooking, just reheat your food and serve on a plate.
This service is very popular with working mums, pregnant women, single men, and people who have elderly family relative leaving alone with no one to cook regularly for them.
You choose and decide the amount of salt, spice or pepper which goes into the food. The type of chicken, meat or fish we use, the amount of organic produce to be use and so on. This ensure our food is cooked and prepared totally according to your dietary requirement and taste.
See sample menu section for choice of various sample dishes and menus. Popular choices from customers include ordering a “weekend” or “week” food pack of Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, Assorted Meat Stew, and the indigenous African Dishes like Egusi Soup.
Our food packs come in air tight food containers with lids and locking mechanism. This prevent food spillage and avoids contamination during transportation and delivery. The food packs are broken into the following categories:
+ Weekend pack – This includes one 3litre food plastic container. This contains a enough food to provide 3 nights/evening meals for one person.
+ Week pack – This includes two 3 litre food plastic container. This contains a enough food to provide 6 nights/evening meals for one person.
+ Party pack – This includes ten – twelve 3litre food plastic container (equivalent to standard size 40litre food cooler). Food enough to serve about 50-100 people at a special occasion or function.
The feel good factor
Getting married can be really stressful. Firstly, you are anxious because you only get one chance – to make it look good, taste good and feel good and you want your wife to feel lifted up. But the cost of the wedding ceremony can make all of this so confusing and nerve racking.
When we first spoke to Ninie, the first thing she said was “what’s your budget and how many people do you have coming?” The rest (colours, style etc) was easy to decide on, and we left it to her and her company. We were fortunate to get married at the Marriott Hotel in Maide Vale, London. Ninie and her team negotiated with the hotel and completely took over the organisation of the function, from the colours, the food, booking the rooms, to the music (which was perfect), the timing and so on.
Our wedding went smoothly. And this was because we trusted their experience, calm professionalism, creativity and eye for detail. All this made us feel secure to let them get on with it. All we had to do was to get there. We also felt from the start that the company understood our needs, given the finance available and they were able to produce a beautiful stylish wedding, with a feel good factor. This we still get whenever we watch the video till today.

Naturally, I like well organised parties. But the thing I dread most per se is the organisations and the clearing of the mess associated with parties.
When I sat with my wife to discuss our wedding ceremony, I was so nervous to think about how to organise it. Money was also an issue. I wanted a well organised ceremony but not at all cost.
